Thank you for visiting our fundraising page! Theo, Freddie, Ollie and I are all friends from our time at university, and we're gearing up for the Gower Trail Marathon this November. Our goal is to challenge ourselves, champion a remarkable cause, and, despite the likely wet and windy conditions, enjoy our weekend in Wales!

I work for the charity we're raising money for, HFEH Mind, which provides vital youth and adult mental health services in parts of West London. Despite the growing awareness of mental health, there's still much work to be done. Shockingly, 1 in 4 adults in the UK grapple with diagnosable mental health issues each year, a statistic that is far too high!

Since joining HFEH MIND in April, I've been truly inspired by the dedication and passion of my colleagues. I consider myself fortunate to contribute to this cause, and we would also greatly appreciate any contribution you can make to help us reach our fundraising goal!
