In memory of Rob Williams

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

My cousin Rob Williams tragically died during a skiing trip in Verbier, Switzerland on  2 March 2009.  He was 29 years old.

I am attempting a half iron man distance triathlon in Dubai on Saturday 14th November to help raise money for the Prince's Trust founded by Charles, Prince of Wales.

This consists of a 1.9k swim, 90k bike and then 21k run.  It should take between 6-7 hours unless i don't make it round!  Wish me luck!

Rob was a great supporter of schemes to help give young people the opportunity to establish themselves in the business world. The Princes Trust has set up a Memorial Fund for Rob to support young enterprise and to give young entrepreneurs the opportunity to succeed in the fields of music and technology.
