Hello and welcome to my fundraiser for Mind; the mental health charity.

I will try to keep this short and sweet, unlike the drive I’ll be undertaking!
I am set to drive a very cheap, very old car all the way from Hereford to Dakar and back – not the easiest task, as you can imagine. The reason I have chosen to take on this long drive, which I am sure will be full of cultural experiences and amazing sites, is to raise money for the charity Mind and to highlight some of the difficulties that people with mental health issues face. I firmly believe that mental health issues shouldn’t stop anyone from doing extraordinary things and that continuing to have amazing experiences and push yourself demonstrates the real strength of the mind.
