Gordon passed away in April 1997 , a group of his friends golfed every year for a trophy in his memory . 11 years ago this year we decided to try and raise money with everything raised going to The Beatson Cancer Charity where Gordon was treated .So far we have raised £131,662 in 10 years with every penny going to The Beatson Cancer Charity at Gordon's family's wishes
