Imran Khan Cancer Appeal raises funds for the Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital founded by Imran Khan in Lahore, Pakistan. The National Health Service does not provide cancer treatment in Pakistan and as a result poor people die without proper diagnosis/treatment. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

***Due to sickness, I have to postpone my marathon until 27th October in Oldenburg***

I had planned to run the Bremen Marathon on October 6th in memory of one of my students and friends, Fahad Jalees, who tragically lost his year-long battle against cancer only 3 weeks before he would have realised his dream of completing his Bachelor's degree. Now I will run in the Oldenburg Marathon on 27th October.

Those who knew him don't need me to tell them what he was like but Fahad was the bravest, kindest and positive person I have ever met. On the wishes of his family and friends, the money I raise will go to the Shaukat Khanam Cancer Hospital. This hospital carries out cancer treatment for free for those who cannot afford the treatment and is completely reliant on donations.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

I am very grateful for every penny or cent that you can afford to donate!
