So after a VERY successful transplant games last year Amelia has informed us we have to go back ( not least because she has to return her trophy for best child in her age group, hopefully we can bring it home again)

This is testament to the whole idea of the games! We didn't know what to expect with it being our first time but we were blown away by the determination of everyone involved. None of the participants would be there without a transplant of some sort (Liver from her Daddy in Amelia's case) 

It's so hard to put put into words how emotional it makes you seeing all these transplant recipients REALLY living and making the most of their extraordinary gifts.

So Edward, myself and Amelia will be running (sometimes) the Visit Lanarkshire donor run and ask you please for donations large or small, they all make a big difference, to the team making it to the games.
