I've already abseiled off the Ecotricity Building in Stroud.  But that wasn't enough to help me reach my £150 goal.  So now I've committed to doing the 8km Devil Mud Run: a gruelling course of water, obstacles and lots and lots of mud.  Better yet, I'm running it with my boss, Rob Fountain, the CEO of Age UK Gloucestershire.

If I can raise more than Rob, it'll look great at my next performance meeting! :D
