Hi All, 

I have volunteered to run and support the British Heart Foundation - Go The Distance 100 Km . 

Starting Boxing Day 2020 until the end of January 2021 the aim is run 100km. 

Having spent a lot of 2020 on the Sofa I'm determined to get back into shape and improve my health in 2021 - what better way to do it than in support of a great cause.
