I wanted a sporting challenge, and as my twin and myself were born 7 weeks premature and needed specialist neonatal care, I decided to raise money for Bliss.

Prudential ride London is a 100 mile cycling sportive over a challenging course through Surrey and London, including the notorious Box Hill in under 8 1/2 hours!

Bliss works to provide specialist care to premature and sick babies in the UK, raising money for specialist equipment in hospitals and conducting research into treatments. They also provide support to the families of sick children.

All money raised is going to the charity.
