I'm raising money for the Rowans Hospice in the memory of my friend Neale Calver who sadly lost his battle with cancer earlier this September. Through its physical and emotional care, the hospice gave Neale the best quality of life possible until he succumbed to his illness. Many of you reading this will already have come into contact with a hospice in one form or another and understand the valuable work they do. 70% of their funding is from the general public, that's not everybody else, that's you and me.
