Having undertaken an exercise drive throughout 2018, we want to put our new fitness to good use in 2019.

We've been happy to support the Brick Children School in Kathmandu through fundraising events in Cardiff in recent years. Now we are delighted to have the opportunity to see for ourselves the excellent work the school does -  providing education and health care for child labourers working in the brick fields of the Kathmandu Valley, as well as providing literacy and skills training for women.

We'd like our trip to make a real difference for the school - so we are asking our friends and family to sponsor us on our trip. This will really help encourage us with the task ahead, at high altitude in the Himalayas, knowing that our efforts are truly helping such a worthy cause.
