On the 15th August I will be hitting the big 40 and to celebrate/commiserate, I will be running a half marathon on the south coast!! All the funds raised will go towards Teenage Cancer Trust's South East appeal to raise funds to build a brand new, specialist Unit at The Royal Marsden for young people with cancer. Most of you will probably know that Lou is a fundraiser for the charity so if you need to know any more about this very worthy cause, or want to do some fundraising for her, just give her a call!!
