I will be competing in the Cork Jailbreak Triathlon, consisting of a 1500m swim in the open water, a 40km bike ride, finishing with a 10km run.

TFS Healthcare is thrilled to have partnered with Cavell Nurses'​ Trust as our Charity of the Year. Cavell Nurses’ Trust provides
support for UK nurses, midwives and healthcare assistants, both working and retired, when they’re suffering personal or financial hardship – often because of illness, disability, domestic abuse and the effects of older age. So, as you can imagine, this is a charity very close to our hearts.
