On December 12 I and twelve of my colleagues will be attempting to run the Hawaii Marathon in aid of www.Build-Africa.org . This charity works in Uganda and Kenya to help young people escape poverty through education, building schools etc.

We'll be setting off at 5am to avoid the daytime heat for the daunting task of running the 26.2 miles. My first marathon! A fantastic experience ahead no doubt!
