To raise awareness of the elephant in the room, I’m running 50 miles, Larne to Belfast and back down the coast. This may not solve the issues of mental health, but the money raised for the organisation Extern will help continue supporting those who need help now and into the future.

I have disected the route into legs so that as many people as possible can come along and support the cause. No need to run, this isnt a race and i'm sure many a laugh will be had!

Larne - Millbrook (2.1 Mile)

Millbrook - Ballynure (6.8 Mile)

Ballynure - Glengormley (8 Mile)

Glengormley - Belfast City Hall (6.6 Mile)

Belfast City Hall - Whiteabbey (5.6 Mile)

Whiteabbey - Carrickfergus (6 Mile)

Carrickfergus - Whitehead (5.4 Mile)

Whitehead - Glynn (7.3 Mile)

Glynn - Larne Cemetery (2.8 Mile)
