Woman's Trust supports women affected by domestic abuse by providing counselling and support groups. Domestic abuse affects 1 in 4 women in the UK, it is the biggest single cause of female depression and mental health problems. 

Domestic abuse has increased during the coronavirus pandemic, which means more demand for specialist mental health services. Women's Trust are facing a funding shortfall of £100,000 and urgently need to raise at least £40,000 over the next eight weeks.

It is highly doubtful that they will receive any of the recently-announced Government funding – which is why we need your help more than ever, to ensure that women can get the vital support they need.

Rosie and Frankie are cycling 700km (with 14000m elevation gain!) through the Alps. We'll be camping and staying with hosts along the way and so will be carrying all our gear up the mountains!
