Rose, our wonderful wife, Mum, Granny, sister and friend lost her short battle with cancer on 22 July 22.

The support that Rose and her family received from the Macmillan palliative care team in the last few days of Rose's life was invaluable and we'd like to help them to continue supporting other families in the same way.
