Story

We are doing what we love, with a fundraising twist for BBC Children in Need. Together we can support children and young people across the UK to rebuild their lives.

Worcester Ukulele Club are once again looking forward to singing and playing their ukulele's in Crowngate Shopping Centre on the 19th of November to raise funds for CIN. This will be our 6th year and we have more Ukers joining in than ever, their enthusiasm bursting at the seams! As well as supporting CIN Worcester Ukulele feel the event brings people from all walks of life together in song, music, fun, friendship and harmony. People join in and will often tell us their own personal stories, memories of children and adults that have been or are special to them.

Last year we had a zoom event because of the Pandemic with ukuleles from around the globe joining in and helping us to still raise money, it was lovely.

Pudsey Bear works very hard and brings heaps of pleasure to all and helps us to raise lots of money for Children in Need, so far £12,270ish.

So we are ready to go, Ukuleles will be tuned, voices full throttle, volunteers bouncing up and down with gusto!
