Please help me raise lots of money for a fantastic local charity - The Joseph Salmon Trust. The charity lies very close within my heart and to do something for it, makes me very happy inside.

I am intending to somehow get from start to finish on the Manchester 10K in May. I have ran this race before so you would perhaps think I would breeze it,  however,  between me, you and the stern gatepost that poses as the finish line, I have been, let's say, "relaxed" about running. I could blame it on having a baby (Hello Lola!), I could blame it on being content (pass me another kettle chip dear..) but no, I will blame it on the oomph not being in my running world for a few years. It's time to change and it's time to change for the better! I have dusted down my Nikes, refilled my water bottle and changed the trance to techno on my walkman/ Ipod..... Please dig deep, it will be worth it in the end!
