London Marathon 2017 · 23 April 2017 ·

Hospice care eases the physical and emotional pain of death and dying. Letting people focus on living, right until the end. But too many people miss out on this essential care. Hospice UK fights for hospice care for all who need it, for now and forever.

Story

In April 2017 I will be running the London Marathon in aid of Hospice UK. (Yes... I'm terrified!)

I'll be pushing my body to (& probably past) its limit to run 26 miles in my 26th year & to raise £2000 for Hospice UK.

So this winter, I'm trading in boozy weekends, hangovers, brunches & Netflix binges for my super cool new trainers & hi-vis jacket and I'm pounding the dark, damp streets of London in preparation... sounds fun right?! (I know... I think I might have finally lost it.)

I have been given this incredible opportunity by Hospice UK, whose work across the UK is truly inspiring. Collectively hospices in the UK care for around 360,000 people every year, and Hospice UK work closely with them to support their vital work and to create a stronger voice for hospice care. They also support the development of hospice and palliative care worldwide. I'm honoured to be able to do my bit for such a fantastic charity.

Please take 5 minutes to donate...every single donation will be HUGELY appreciated & I am SO grateful for your support.

BIG love,
Rosie
