Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you will probably know the fantastic people at Sue Ryder Leckhampton cared for my Mum before she passed away back in 2003 and they continue to to great work helping people with life threatening illnesses in Gloucestershire. As a sole provider of hospice beds for the county their services are always in high demand and their specialist approach considers the needs of the families, friends and carers of people receiving their services. Their care is provided free of charge so they rely on people taking part in events such as the Ride for Ryder Challenge to help raise over £1 million in donations every year. On the 2nd October I will complete the 45 mile challenge and any amount you can donate will be greatly appreciated by all of the patients and their families who have past, present or future need of the Sue Ryder Leckhampton facility.
