I am riding for Cystic Fibrosis as the best man at my wedding and great friend Mark Gleen, his son Zachary has CF. To manage the disease Zachary has a daily treatment of medication, physiotherapy and exercise. Bugs which are harmless to other children get stuck in his lungs, causing infection and damaging them. There is no cure for CF, and only half of those with the disease are likely to live into their 30′s.
