I have suffered with depression For many years now, it's a dreadful illness and want to help others that are suffering. It can be a blind killer, nobody knows you have it, it's not a visible illness but it steals your body and in some cases you can't get it back. I was so lucky that I could talk about it to others but this is not always the case. I can't describe the pain BUT it's like having a dry well built around you brick by brick it's built until it goes over your head and your in your own darkness, and then occasionally the bricks come down to show light and a normal life, for a short time you are given happiness, until the well is built again. I suppose this is the best view I can give you.
