My name is Elouan, I am seven and I was born with a cleft lip. I was lucky because I had an operation when I was a baby. I was very brave and even got a certificate on the day! I found out when I watched a DVD called Smile Pinky that other people around the world are not as lucky as I was and I would like to help them. Please sponsor me if you can, it would make me very happy. 😃 

Je m'appelle Elouan, j'ai sept ans et je suis né avec une fente labiale. J'ai eu beaucoup de chance d'avoir été opéré étant bébé. Ce jour là j'ai été très brave et j'ai même reçu un certificat pour ma bravoure! Cette année j'ai découvert en regardant un DVD qui s'appelle Smile Pinky que beaucoup d'autres personnes autour du monde ne sont pas aussi chanceux que moi et je souhaiterai les aider. Le 1er octobre ma sœur Amandine, ma mère et moi allons courir au festival du marathon de Bournemouth pour une organisation (Smile Train) qui fourni des opérations gratuites autour du monde et forme des chirurgiens dans les communautés locales.
