This is a three part challenge.
1. On my 76th birthday, I will be challenging myself to complete the ascent and descent of Pen-y-Fan which I have been unable to do for over 10 years.
2. To raise awareness of prostrate cancer by maximising awareness of the illness with those that are closely related to the men who may suffer with this illness.
3. Raise as much money as I can for the excellent work that Velindre Cancer Centre carry out.
