Most people know that I have been actively involved with 10YFan for many years.  2020 has seen a lot of charities lose vital fundraising funds due to events being cancelled.  10YFan being one of them.  I have decided to attempt my own Mini Fan by climbing Pen Y Fan as many times as I am able to in 10hrs.

On 24th September, myself and my very good friend Ceri, also a 10YFaner, will take on the mighty 886m peak between the hours of 8am and 6pm (or thereabouts) and attempt to climb a few times.  All fund raised will go to Holibobs Childrens Charity.

Holibobs is a charity that supports Children with Cancer or Leukaemia. When a child is diagnosed with Cancer a family's world is turned upside down. It is frightening as the once healthy child is replaced by a very sick child & normal family life is replaced by endless days in hospital. Time away becomes crucial however families often struggle financially & are not in the position to fund breaks away. This is where Holibobs can help by making a child's holiday wish come true and by providing families with precious time away together.
