Story
My name is Ruth Culliford and I am 89 years old.
I was recently inspired by a friend who did a 100km challange in April to help people in different parts of the world suffering from
the effects of climate change.
the effects of climate change.
I have been a supporter of International Nepal Fellowship
for many years with family members having worked out in Nepal on their behalf. I am very aware of the many difficulties the country is
facing as a result of climate change and a devastating earthquake
in 2015. I was particularly moved by a story about Prem whose village was destroyed by a landslide, in a few minutes he's lost everything, crops, home etc- "there was nothing left" . It also killed his mother. So I've decided to complete my own challange to raise
funds to help the people of Nepal.

I am going to walk two miles everyday for 15 days from the end May
and I would very much welcome your support and sponsorship to help these people protect themselves from the ravages of
climate change.
