FDAMH (Falkirk District Mental Health Association) rely on funding to operate... and myself and Rachel have decided to join as a team and take part in this year's NoMenNevis2 challenge to raise money for FDAMH. Following last year's amazing success (of raising over £60k) we hope to build on this and keep FDAMH thriving in what is an essential service for individuals with Mental Health Issue.
