Thanks for visiting my page. As some of you know, my sister Leanne died unexpectedly last year and that has left a hole in many peoples lives. At the beginning of my training, I could barely run for 10 minutes, but with grit and determination, I will run a 10K to raise Money for the British Heart Foundation. I can double my donations to the BHF up to the value of £300 through my workplace, so lets raise as much as possible!! 

I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. *22/07 update - The Great Scottish Run has been postponed until 2021 due to Covid-19. I am still going to run 10K on the 4th October as planned, route will be published closer to the time in the hope we can still raise as much money as possible for the British Heart Foundation. Now, more than even, they desperately need our support.
