On the 1st of December I will be running the Montane Cheviot Goat Ultra, a distance of 55 miles, to raise money for Mind- the mental health charity.

The 55 mile route, will take me up and over some of the highest peaks on the border of England and Scotland, in Northumberland national park. The route is 95% off road, has a total ascent of over 9500ft, and is to be completed in under 24 hours. 

Winter in this region is so extreme that all livestock are brought down off the hills, with the exception of the Cheviot Goat- hence the name.
