Ryde Week · 23 October 2017

We work with over 40 hospitals to assist in the rehabilitation of children undergoing cancer treatment in the UK. By introducing children to Chemo Duck, a unique tool which has been developed to help support them through their treatment and to help alleviate anxiety. #playmatters #childhoodcancer

Story

Everyone, this is going to be hell.

Myself (Paul), Pete and Alex are going to attempt to complete every Ryde class that L1 Performance hosts for the week starting Monday the 23rd of October, finishing on Saturday the 28th.

Anybody who has done a Ryde class at L1 Performance will know, they are tough. We will each be doing the 14 Ryde classes over 6 days. Monday to Friday starting at 7am (lay in on Saturday, starts at 10:15), most days finishing at 6:45. Not living locally, this means getting up at 4:30am each day and not getting home until 8:00pm, eating round the clock to try and still be functional in work.

This is going to be a tough week for us, so please dig deep and sponsor. If you fancy joining us for some moral support (or most likely to mock), come and join in on either the Friday or Saturday classes.

As an added bonus, if we reach the target amount, we will do the Friday Ryde classes in fancy dress ... We're not sure what that will be yet, but we will most likely put it out to a vote.

Thanks. #rydethroughhell
