Story
I hate running. Well, I hate running more than 100m.
It’s even worse because as a personal trainer everyone expects me to be really good at running and I’m not – I hate it!
As some of you know I support the Children’s Society - I had some tough times in my late teens and so I can really relate to the work that the Children’s Society do to protect Britain’s vulnerable children. I’ve had the chance to meet many of them and they are all fantastic people. So, when I was offered the chance to run the Great North Run by them, I couldn’t really refuse. Especially considering I’m from Newcastle and have worked on it previously. It’s my time!
The team I’ve picked are all self-confessed non-runners and I’m going to make sure that every single one of them get oer the line in one piece.
So, please support me and my team in enduring 13 miles of hell. We’re not doing it because we like running, we’re doing it to raise money and awareness for a fantastic cause so I really hope you can help me in our mission :-)
Love Sarah xx
