RNLI volunteer lifeboat crews provide a 24-hour search and rescue service all around the UK and Ireland, while lifeguards keep a careful watch on the UK’s busiest beaches. RNLI lifesaving and drowning prevention depend on supporter fundraising and the generous donations that you and others give.

Story

Hon fydd y 5ed Seiclôn . Bydd 14 o seiclwyr (yn gyfeillion, cefnogwyr a
chriw RNLI Porthdinllaen) yn seiclo 320 milltir mewn 3 diwrnod, a hon fydd y Seiclôn galetaf hyd yma, gyda'r bwriad o wneud o leiaf 100 milltir bob dydd! Byddwn yn cychwyn o Forfa Nefyn ar fore Gwener 23 Mehefin ac yn dilyn yr A470 i Landrindod. Ar yr ail ddiwrnod byddwn yn anelu i'r de orllewin i Gaerfyrddin, cyn seiclo drwy Sir Benfro i Gei Newydd. Wedyn  ar y trydydd diwrnod byddwn yn dilyn arfordir y gorllewin yr holl ffordd yn ôl i Forfa Nefyn. Diolch yn fawr iawn am eich cefnogaeth - yn ei werthfawrogi'n arw.

On Friday, June 23rd, 14 cyclists (a combination of RNLI Porthdinllaen crew, friends and supporters) will be cycling 320 miles over 3 days – all in aid of
the RNLI. With the event now in its 5
th year, this will be the hardest Seiclôn to date with a view to making at least 100 miles every day! The cyclists will start from Morfa Nefyn on Friday morning June 23rd, following the A470 down to Llandrindod Wells. On the second day they will head south west to Carmarthen, before cycling through Pembrokeshire to Newquay. Finally, on the third day they will follow the west coast all the way back to Morfa Nefyn. Many thanks for your support it is greatly appreciated by us all.
