The role of L&D professionals is becoming increasingly challenging. They must deal with limited budgets, cater to employees from different age groups, keep up with fast-changing technology, organizational change, and navigate through job cuts. It's crucial for us to use our community to support those who spend their careers helping others grow.

Coaching for L&D is a non-profit project, run voluntarily by the L&D Shakers community members, offering free coaching sessions to any Learning & Development professional in need of support in identifying the direction they want to go next.

For the SEVENTH edition, we decided to go one step further and use the “Coaching for L&D” project as a force for doing good in the world. We will invite each coachee to make a voluntary and anonymous donation to Save the Children using this fundraising page.
