At St Joseph’s our mission statement is: ‘Living, Loving and
Learning through Christ’.

This means we are called through the example of Jesus, St Joseph and the teaching of the Catholic Church to help those who are in need or are less fortunate than ourselves. One way we do this is through acts of kindness and charity.

A reported 1 in 2 people will be affected by Cancer at some point in their lives. 

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our health services, a reported 1 in 3 cancer patients have had their treatment negatively impacted at some point this year.

Fundraising like this will help go towards improving and rebuilding our cancer services to ensure that cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment will not be as severely impacted by future waves of COVID-19.

Each student who completes a 5K effort, whether running, walking or a combination of both will be asked to share this page to friends and family; any donation, no matter the amount, which you can make will be greatly appreciated. 

You can use the child's name who you are sponsoring as the donation name. Feel free to remain anonymous or add your own names to the donation tag.

All students who complete a sponsored 5K will receive a race for life medal to congratulate them in their physical and fund-raising efforts.
