The idea 'Go The Distance' 100 km walking, running, cycling, rowing, effectively a prompt to get moving, starting on Boxing Day running until 31st January '21. I seized the opportunity to get active post a minor operation in November, what I hadn't anticipated was the incredible support and encouragement from members of the team, this provided the purpose I needed on those challenging days to just keep going. It was a privilege to be involved and make new friends. I'm extremely close to cracking 750km.
