Last July, we lost a fantastic man. He bravely fought against this life crippling disease which eventually took him from us on 16th July 2011. Macmillan nurses and carers were fantastic in caring for my lovely grampy, right until the end. This is my way of giving a little back to them - raising money for this fantastic cause. We miss him greatly but doing things like this run help us keep the memory of him alive.
