Fighting cancer is a bitter battle.  My close friend Francesca fought the battle last year and eventually won the war. No one should have to deal with the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. It is a sickening disease that has no rhyme or reason.   Those who know Francesca know that it took a strong positive spirit to stand up to the disease.  Not everyone is so lucky.  Please help by donating whatever you can.  A trek across the Rift Valley is a walk in the park (albeit a big and challenging one) compared to 6 months of chemotherapy!  Every penny counts towards the research of this awful disease.
