Last year we completed a marathon off-road cycling adventure from Lands End to John O'Groats and this year we took on beast Ben Nevis and completed our ascent in just four hours for AGEUK. 

I then went on a bit of a scary canyoning challenge to terrify myself with both heights and rapids by jumping off fifty foot cliffs into natural caves.  So if your vaguely impressed by our determination to both terrify and cripply ourselves please sponsor our chosen charity AGEUK.
