Story
I'm running 50 miles in February to transform the future of pancreatic cancer. 👟
In September 2018 I lost my mum to pancreatic cancer just 3 months after she was diagnosed. Watching her struggle with such a horrid disease lives with me each day, so it is time for me to do my part in trying to raise awareness on pancreatic cancer and fundraise to try and one day improve people’s odds.
My mum was not an anomaly as half of people with pancreatic cancer die within three months of diagnosis. Families are left with only hope to hold onto. They need more. So, we do more. Thanks to kind supporters like you there is hope! 💜
By donating to my challenge, you're making support available for people now and funding world-leading research to find that breakthrough in new treatments which is so desperately needed.
Just £27 could make sure Rebecca can ring our Support Line and receive expert support when she needs it most.
£188 could fund our expert nurse Lisa for one day, so she can help people make sense of their diagnosis and guide them every step of the way.
Together, we will bring more than hope to people affected by pancreatic cancer. 💜Thank you so much for your support! 🙏
