Story

Hi everyone,

Thanks for taking a second to read this,

I've been successful in securing a place in the Great North Run half marathon on September 11th 2016 in Newcastle, running as part of 'The Brainy Bunch', in support of The Brain Tumour Charity (https://www.thebraintumourcharity.org)

These guys do amazing work, with the aims of supporting research in order to increase survival rates from brain tumours and decrease the impact on quality of life of patients and their family's alike.

I'm asking for any donations big or small, so that you can too pledge support to an amazing cause and change lives of people afflicted by brain tumours.

You can donate straight to the charity through this website or if you see me in person on campus or back in Suffolk I'd be happy to pass it on physically.

At 21 kilometres this will be the furthest I've ever run which is exciting and definately terrifying, but I honestly can't wait!

Thanks again, I'll keep you posted

Sam
