We raise money to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

Story

Throughout 2019 I am undertaking a number of challenges in support of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

On Sunday 28 April 2019 I ran the London Marathon. Thank you to all of you who cheered us round the course - it was very painful but we made it!

On Saturday 21 September 2019 I will be back to more comfortable physical roots and taking part in the Swim Serpentine.

Finally, at the beginning of November 2019 I am taking part in a five-day trek covering 100km of the Sahara Desert; I am doing this with a number of colleagues to celebrate AIG's centennial year.

You can find some information about The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity below. However as I know many of you are aware, as a family we have spent more time in the Royal Marsden since January 2018 than I wish anyone to; I can safely say that the work the hospital and all the staff do is totally fantastic and is worthy of all the support we can collectively give.

Lots of love

Samantha
