Story
In 2017 I took part in the Winchester Half Marathon following total healing from multilevel lumbar disc pain as a personal challenge. An enduring season of high pain scale and low QOL, where I couldn't walk for more than 10 steps around the block alongside our sons without stopping.
My response post run "Never to run it again" as it was tough!
This year I have entered the WHM on Sunday 22nd September to help accelerate awareness about Horatio's Garden. An admirable response by David & Olivia Chapple and an inspirational outpouring of love that is creating an enhanced quality of life for patients in NHS spinal injury centres.
