Sammy (9) and Thomas (6) have someone very close to them, somebody who they love and cherish who is very Ill at the moment.

The two boys can't do anything to help their friend right now, but they would like to do something positive to show how much they care.

One thing they can do is try to raise money to help the doctors and nurses at The Children's Cancer Unit Charity who are going to help make their friend all better again, so Sammy and Thomas have decided to run a marathon!

As they are only young it will be a marathon with a twist, and over the next 16 days (starting this Friday 5th June) the boys will run 3 miles each day with a rest day in between. All runs will be recorded on Strava and posted on this page and on social media.
