Dementia has become a very personal disease for my family over the last few years. Seeing at first hand the challenges suffered and what  families go through, has inspired me to raise money towards ongoing research to support future generations deal with the devastating impact of Dementia. 

That’s why I have decided to run the Kings Lynn GEAR 10K  challenge on 22nd August 2021.I want to try and raise awareness of the disease and  to support families and sufferers to deal with Dementia.
