Ahoy my potential sponsorers, I am running the Bupa 10k at the end of May, one I am doing this is because I failed to do the Half Marathon last October due to an inattentive automobile pilot. so if you sponsored me to do that please don't sponsor me again, or I’ll feel bad.

However the main reason I am running again is because St Mungo's is so totally ace, they do such good work in helping people of the streets, providing education, training, housing (obviously) etc etc. please give generously and I’ll be your best friend.
