I'll be running the Simplyhealth Great North Run in Newcastle on 10th September followed by the Ikano Robin Hood Nottingham Half Marathon on 24th September and raising money for Cancer Research UK in the process.

Cancer Research UK are a fantastic charity that currently funds research into around 200 different types of cancer and is helping to significantly increase the survival rates for cancer patients.

There is never a bad time to donate to charities like this, but thought I'd give you an excuse.
