Rainbow Run 2021 for Children's Hospice South West in memory of Samuel

Rainbow Run 2021 - your way · 19 June 2021 to 20 June 2021 ·
Thank you for supporting Children's Hospice South West.
When Samuel was diagnosed with a fatal heart condition when Alex was pregnant, we knew that we wanted to live with him at Charlton Farm hospice. We moved to the hospice one day after Samuel was born, until he died 10 days later. The nurses and doctors looked after him wonderfully, and we were able to make happy memories with him, as well as our wider family and friends. The siblings team also did a great job of caring for our older children, Connor and Bethany.
We want to do a 5km walk around Stanton Park (where Samuel's memory tree is), to support Charlton Farm hospice. Samuel's grandparents will be joining us on the walk.
Grieving for our baby son, little brother and grandson is the hardest thing that we will ever have to do. We will always love him and always miss him. Thankfully Samuel's short life in the hospice gave us some wonderful memories.
