I am running the Manchester 10k Bupa run for the Wood Street Mission on Sunday.  The charity helps disadvantaged children and families in the Salford and Manchester area with easter eggs,christmas presents, food and home essentials.

I couldn't run at all this time last year, am short and asthmatic and have been training for seven months for the event so if you have a couple of quid spare please donate.  I'd appreciate it and I'm sure the people at the charity will too x
