Hi everyone, this year I have forgone the Moonlight Memories Walk and have decided to join the band of happy runners for the Great South in October.  As always the charity closest to my heart is The Rowans Hospice where I continue to work on the ward, when they need me, and as a volunteer giving presentations on how wonderful a place it is to the local community who kindly raise funds for us.
